the first autopsy showed it was rape and second one seems to be fabricated one to save some bad @$$

The first autopsy reported it was neither rap nor murder and the death was due to asphyxiation because of hanging (pointing to suicide).

The second autopsy rubbished this one and says death was due to strangulation, but the second autopsy was inconclusive AFA rape charges. Rape & murder was alleged by the victim's mother after the poor souls body was found from, surprise surprise, compund of a police station from the state of our Miss Mayawati!!

UP is becoming earlier Bihar at the same breakneck speed that Bihar is developing these days...

All doctors, Policemen - All Suspended. Many NGO's and media reached there within an hour. 2nd report saying murder not rape. Even 1st was suggesting murder only but by different way. Politics already started. Congress/BJP asked for resignation of CM. Mayawati is in back-foot. Second autopsy has confirmed NO RAPE.
UP teen murder: 4 policemen arrested for tampering with evidence

a very sad incident but at least all the officers were suspended immediately and face very serious charges, at the very least dereliction of duty. I hope os responsible fornthe death a brought to justice quickly. A shame same can't be said of the Pakistani Rangers who murdered an innocent man in broad daylight.
