Funny thing, they've done the ambiguous thing I mentioned. The military gets to hit them as much as they want.. while the government plays the angry lass.

that is how they are playing with us :)

they say some groups wants to talk and some group wants to fight, people like IK, JI are confusing the nation that we need to talk, etc etc.
Its a confusion war, create confusion and keep on fighting and get the objective. Army and gov are doing the same to these TTP , they are not sure if they are talking to fighting ... keep them confuse and clean the fata area.. :) simple

I would ask you again, why you labelling deobandis as wahabis? You do know that both deobandi and bareilvi belong to hanafi fiqa yet you call us wahabis out of sectarian bias and pure malice...it is ahle-hadith who are salafi/wahabi. Unlike salafis, deobandis have concepts of tasawuf and taqleed like bareilvis.
Rest of the members here calling names to taliban which is understandable due to terrorism and violence by taliban. But you are different, you go against deobandis due to your bareilvism. I am aware of the deobandi-bareilvi tensions in punjab. Members here are sick of taliban due to their actions while you are here for the chance to malign school of thought which you deem as your enemies....
Let me hear your views on moderate deobandis e.g tahir ashrafi who appears frequently on TV.
Our pak study teacher is a qualified deobandi alim. We were discussing the matter this Tuesday in the class and he clearly mentioned that groups like TTP are not allowed in the islamic state. Also he mentioned that except the amendments made by Musharraf in ''hudood ordinance" there is no law in pakistan that confronts islamic sharia. However it is a proven fact that these laws are not implemented in their original form as written in the constitution, and are molded in courts to save people (we all know the reasons). He is a fazil from Mufti Taki Usmani's "Jamia Karachi".
To me the reason of all this mess is foreign game. And a blunder that was a big one committed by us was to allow US to use our land and resources for Afghan operations. As we can never advocate this decision keeping in view islamic laws.
The reasoning of mismatch of pakistani forces vs international are complete beghiriti as Vietnam with much less resources managed to kick US. Also if US is so powerful why doesn't it disarm IRAN while Iranian army is 10 times weaker than that of Pakistan's.

No one here is talking about taqleed & tasawuf as this is a off topic discussion. It is a well known fact that both debandis and wahabis are involved in terrorist activities on a gobal scale.

Furthermore, you deobandis call yourself Hanafi, but follow Abdul Wahab Najdi over Hazrat Imaam Abu Hanifa
You can never prove your last blame. This statement is completely out of reality. More than 50% of city's population is deobandi by practice. People see us practicing our believes daily. Narrrow minded like you are can never hijack thoughts of pakistanis.

Operation is needed but what about the IDPs????

Yes the world is changing and from Iraq to Syria and to Libya and Yemen and many more areas in Africa are now under Al Qaeda and like minded groups control really world is changing

Yes the world is certainly changing for them! They have been wiped off the face of the earth in many places in Africa. Did you see what the Ethiopian army did to Al-Shabab? They were driven out of the land they controlled, hundreds of their fighters slaughtered, with the Ethiopians crucifying them on hot rocks.....They are now confined to coastal regions that suffer severe famine.
The French exterminated Al Qaeda in Mail with rapid air strikes and quick advances of their special forces. The few that ran away like rats have never returned.
The Algerians have smashed their Salafist terrorist networks with the death of Khalil Ould Addah being the icing on the cake.
In Libya they have been disarmed.
In Iraq they are being bombarded by the government there and it's a matter of days before Fallujah falls.

But the real ultimate destruction they have suffered is in Russia where the FSB, Russian army and local militia destroyed the terrorists. In actual fact the situation was pretty much identical to Pakistan's tribal regions i.e. foreign fighters clouding with local terrorists. Hiding amongst large civilian population, using escape routes and threatening sucicide bombers all over the place. They just had the will and used the most brutal methods around to bring peace to the region e.g. driving tanks over wounded fighters, chopping off their arms and legs and leaving them to die. The same will happen to the TTP and this is the way to go about it.

Allah(swt) doesn't answer the prayers of rebel kwarijis and the proof of this are their numerous and continued defeats on the field of battle.

Pakistan protests killing of FC personnel in Afghanistan

Thursday
20-01-2014

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Thursday lodged a strong protest with the Afghan government over the killing of 23 FC personnel in Afghanistan.

Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs and National Security, Sartaj Aziz recorded the protest with Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Zarar Maqbool Osmani in Maldives where the diplomats are attending the SAARC Ministerial Meeting.

Aziz said during a recent trilateral summit between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tukey a decision was taken to not allow the use of a country’s territory against another. He added if the territory was used that country would initiate action against militants.

Aziz demanded that Afghanistan take action against those terrorists responsible in the killing of FC personnel

On February 17, the Mohmand Agency Taliban executed 23 FC personnel in their custody since 2010. The Taliban said the brutal act was retaliation for the killing of their members during ongoing operations.

@Hyperion You sure you don't want to use the confusion to execute Op. Jhang-mushroom?

On a serious note, you confident that the quantum of casualties being incurred by the PA are far higher than the figures being released by the ISPR and paraded by the media? What would be your estimate for the last 4-5 months?

Any fresh news leaking out about the intensity of the alleged operations and quantum of force being brought on to the field?

@Oscar..the above for you too.

They will wander in Pakistan

Yesterday on news it was told that 15 lakh IDPs of previous operations are still living like muhajis in Pakistan
