Introducing BTI Landmark​

The architecture of bti Landmark has been derived primarily from its vantage location. Located on the burgeoning and posh Gulshan Avenue, bti Landmark’s architecture transcends the present time factor. Being surrounded by roads on 3 sides, the site compels an architectural vocabulary that would give an aesthetic quality befitting the name “bti Landmark”. Two linear blocks on the North and South are bonded through a service core and finally aspire towards a form which is slender and trendy looking. The huge cantilevers’ tapered form on the south-eastern part not only depicts structural strength but also showcases the airborne quality of the building. The South Eastern corner has been considered as the focal point of all ground level activities and left free all the way up from any structures which in turn creates an urban oasis for the whole locality.

bti Landmark is set to be one of the pioneer commercial structures to acquire the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from USGBC (U.S Green Building Council). Therefore in conceptualizing this building, issues regarding environmental preservation and sustainability have been a pivotal factor from the very inception of the project. Reduction of pollution, superior ventilation and air quality management, efficient energy and water consumption and advanced waste management are among the features bti Landmark will incorporate. A façade responsive to solar heat gain is the primary factor for the reduction of energy usage.
