I don't think so in the military section. Saudi is nowhere close in terms of military as compared to any of these countries, despite its billions of dollars of latest weapons.

Israel, Pakistan and Turkey top in military power, Egypt has at least fought a series of wars strong enough to boast about while Iran has yet to show mettle.
