YES, water comes through the roof everywhere. If it rains, you can BET all of yours or your buddy IK's money that the water comes from the roof. Knowing IK, he might blame water coming from the Clouds on his political opponents too

Water comes through roofs in the US, Canada and other countries too. There is a saying, you can never fukk with the mother nature

Now to be fair to the situation, if every time it rains and you have this, you have a right to be upset at whoever built this. But if the water in other places is SO HIGH that even the cars are under water (about 3-4 FEET of rain), you can bet your money on it that its not normal. And you can't predict that one day, you'll have that record rain which would overshadow past 10 or 20 years of rain records.

You also need to understand the actual issue. These buildings, etc you are showing on here, many were built decades ago, including the roads. The sewer / drain pipes back then, weren't put in through estimating growth of population and water usage in 2015. Result, you have seriously inadequate water drainage infrastructure put in decades ago, resulting in water lakes being formed, instead of quick drainage. Also, when it rains in feet, TRUST ME, all drain systems fail and places with most sophisticated rain drainage systems, still require a couple of hours to drain properly. That's obviously not the case in these areas you are showing as the infrastructure is old.

I believe in democratic system, not worshiping some Nejaat Dehindaas or personalities. Fully functional democratic system gets better & better with the passage of time which is a self cleansing mechanism itself is the only ticket of way outa trouble of this country..!! I hate the idea throwing the governments every 3 years without letting them complete and implementing their agendas, calling all sorts of names, demanding military interventions through some time tested Barsate Mendaks and than ultimately effecting the professionalism of "last standing" organization, the last beacon of hope of this country...!
CM Punjab has been democratically elected through the votes of the people, so kindly respect that.!! drainage is a problem all across Pakistan...not specifically in Punjab....Please stop using plastic bags before maligning the government here...because they have banned use of plastic bags way before the time of our "forever CM Punjab" tenure...!! Please convince people try not to open small shops on every single possible corners of our Muhallas, please convince people to stop throwing all sorts of wrappers and filth all across the areas.!! Ask yourself how many times you have thrown plastic materials on road sides of this country ?
