Method in Indian madness

Hey guys first remember "Tibet" was occupied by China, and it was not a part of ancient China. Tibet was occupied illegally and they violated human rights all over the state. When tibet itself was not there own motherland, then how come they claim A.P ,isn't it foolish. Think wise, dont try to fool others  IF someone need proof just visit "Wikipedia"

In acient time, there was no India. And even much of your NE used to belong to British Burma.

Back to the topic.

The biggest mistake in foreign policy ever committed in 62 years of India history is its hostility towards China: the most important neighbor of India in the north.

Now we are seeing worrisome signs of fallback to the bad oldies from India side.

It doesn’t matter how Soviet helped you, or how Russia is helping you now, or how US might help you in the future, you can change friend, but you can not change your neighbor. What is worse is that 1) you can’t annihilate/succumb the neighbor: you can’t even annihilate/succumb Pakistan – a nation that is only a fraction of your size; 2) A hostile India is a much much less pain for China, but an otherwise hostile China is a huge pain for India due to geopolitical/other reasons.

Think about that regardless how you may hate or love the statement. And be wise

By your logic, in ancient times there was no China either.

The biggest mistake in foreign policy ever committed in 62 years of India history is its hostility towards China

India is not hostile to China. We are not living in the cold war years where nations were perennially hostile to each other.

Now we are seeing worrisome signs of fallback to the bad oldies from India side.

If by "bad oldies" you mean India taking steps to safeguard its territorial integrity from foreign occupation, then yes we are indeed falling back to the bad old days. Personally, i welcome it. For too long we have neglected our (Yes our, not your) north east.

It doesn’t matter how Soviet helped you, or how Russia is helping you now, or how US might help you in the future, you can change friend, but you can not change your neighbor.

We do not need Russia's help to safeguard our integrity and quite frankly, we can do without America's "help".

You're under the mistaken belief that India has "designs" on China. We do not, India is a status quo country. We are perfectly happy the way things are presently.

Sikim was not a part of china, same goes to Kashmir, Goa and other state. If india can claim everything of its own why not China ?

Bottom line boundaries will not change so start thinking in that direction.

Which time do you refer to as ancient ? The Crown took over India after 1857, this is ' MODERN " Indian history which mereges into the freedom movement.... AND all what the Brits ruled in S Asia was INDIA till 1947.

Next , there is no hostility with the Chinese at all. Why should there be ? A war was fought - India & its leaders learnt their lesson the hard way which was a good thing as proved by events nine years later.

What India stands for is equality in its dealings with China - none of that Big Brother stuff. We shall give it as good as we get.
