Meeting India's military challenge

Oh really? That integral part of India where you commit rapes and mass murders? Come get it, you won't meet just soldiers. I'd rather die than have Kashmir under an Indian flag (as a Kashmiri).

This is just the kind of nonsense that has caused the kashmiris to be in the plight that they are in.

There is a simple end to this insanity.

1) Kashmiris halt all violence in the valley

2) Pakistan stops inciting trouble in the region

3) Indian troops remain outside civilian areas, and stay only in designated military zones

4) Repeal article 370 immediately

5) Pandits are allowed to return peacefully

6) Free and fair elections are held.

I don't know why Indians aren't allowed to say Inshallah, there are more Muslims in India than in Pakistan, therefore if anyone is being disloyal to their religion it is the Pakistanis.

That was really a pathetic post from you. Muslims usually say inshaAllah when they are willing want to do something in the future. Something good. Not for something evil. I won't say that I would InshaAllah rob a bank today or I would InshaAllah murder an innocent today. So that's why I asked that Indian member not say inshaAllah with his dream about occupying the Azad Kashmir. It is also a big evil.

As far as being loyal to religion is concerned who are you to give a decision about Pakistani muslims loyalty with our religion. Even after my opposition and dislike to the policies of the Indian state I can't comment about the loyalty of Indian muslimss to Islam. I don't care whether they are loyal to India or not and I can't say anything about their loyalty of muslims of India with Islam. Although I believe that they are loyal to like all of us.

There is no dream to occupy pakistan or pakistan controlled kashmir.

Any indian who says this is just trying to cause trouble.

We wish our brothers in pakistan happiness, wealth and prosperity.

We want to trade with you, have cultural exchanges and "inshallah" marry beautiful believing balochi , kahmiri and punjabi women.

Reema Khan, woo hoo!!!

That is what we want.

Nope this is the indian solution to the issue of kashmir and since it is unnatural an against the will of people of Kashmir it is useless.

:agree:

The will of the muslim population in that case is unislamic.

They are opposing a legitimate government, that is allowing them to practice the deen freely.

They are causing fasad and fitna in the nation, and our pakistani brothers (some of them at least) are instigating this unislamic behaviour.

No they are not causing fitna or fisad based on the fact that the legitimate government you are talking about was imposed on them by force. They weren't given their right to decide what they want. They were forced to remain in Indian dominion with tyranny and brutality. So they are struggling against tyranny which is totally acceptable according to Islam and which is totally Islamic.

This is hogwash. The caste system was discriminatory at its very core, and had nothing to do with core competencies.

You were born into a caste, you did not join a caste based on your core competency.
.

Actually thats not completely true.....

The caste system had begun as a systematic distribution of "professions" within the Vedic (present day Hindu) people....

eg. A Brahmin could not take up arms nor a kshatriya perform religious ceremonies.....both had to abide within the boundaries of their "varna"
Similarly the Vaishyas were avid traders who excelled in their salesmanship....
It was an "ancient martial races theory" of sorts that clubbed people based upon their prowess in a particular field....

However over time, with the advent of civilizations and kingships, this caste system or "varna" became a tool to grab hold of power......

I despise the concept of caste system to the core, but just wanted to lend my POV based on my reading.....

If the definition of a land mafia is - a country which wants to take possesion of its rightful property which is occupied by an enemy and is even willing to give citizenship to other ppl jus becoz they happen to be on its land---then definitely India is a land mafia...nd im damn proud of it.!!

nd BTW..the whole of the world is a land mafia..including Pakistan.

Scaring us huh....the last time i checked it was the terrorist scums that were utilising the body bags much more than our martyrs in IA...go figure.

Well that's pretty pathetic mentality you are proud of and indeed such mentality is a danger to not only this region but to the Indian nation as well.

No I am not scaring you just telling you the very small consequences of your pathetic mentality. Things might get even worse.

No they are not causing fitna or fisad based on the fact that the legitimate government you are talking about was imposed on them by force.

At the time, the legitimate government, "The Raja Hari Singh", acceded to India.

Remember that islam does not prescribe democracy as the only legitimate government.

Any government that permits the free practice of the deen and does not cause harm to the local population is a legitimate government.

The indian govt. fully qualifies in all of these criteria.

They weren't given their right to decide what they want.

No one says they had this right, do you think that every village and town with more muslims than hindus can choose to be independent?

Islam does not give you this right.

You have the right and duty to be part of the government

Kashmiris have full rights to participate in the Indian govt, legally.

Violence against the indian state in this case is fitna and fasad, it is unislamic, and must be condemned in the strongest of terms by believers on both sides of the border.

They were forced to remain in Indian dominion with tyranny and brutality. So they are struggling against tyranny which is toally acceptable according to Islam and which is totally Islamic.

There is no tyranny and brutality from the government.

There is alot of prejudice (and unfortunately violence) from hindus and sikhs in the name of religion.

However, the problems of the kashmiris have been caused in large part by their own unislamic behaviour and the behaviour of some pakistani brothers.

I will compromise on any matter, but not matters of the deen.

I may not like what I see in Kashmir from the indian armed forces.

But I also know that the kashmiri muslims have abandoned islam and are following a nationalist agenda being encouraged by the pakistanis.

What can you expect as a nation when you ignore the warnings of Allah(swt) in the Quran?

Saudi Arabia is a monarchy......and probably the forerunner of Islam

The people there did not choose their leader nor have any say in governance, foreign policy, etc. nor do they have the right to demand freedom.....

I dont see any Pakistani questioning the legitimacy of the Islamic Kingdom of SA or trying to free the subjugated and fundamentally repressed men and especially women of SA......
Do I smell hypocrisy?

Their is no such thing as legal, legitimate and rightful when it comes to Kashmir for India. :azn:

What we gonna do about it, only time will tell. When your country establishment will work according to your sick mentality. And if you think that your brothers are as pathetic as you then O.K. I have no objection to it. About balochis, it is none of your buisness.

No its not hypocrisy. That is for the Saudis to figure out on their own. With Kashmir, it is a disputed state between two countries, and as such governance of this state can be questioned, so the comparison is not apt.

Pakistan government makes a point of not interfering in the issues with governance in India proper.

If I take your logic, then we should start questioning what folks are doing in the Netherlands and any other place with Monarchy. The Saudis are going to counter your point saying they have a majlis-e-shura (which is the parliament for them).

Busted. The raja of kashmir legally signed the instrument of acession to India so legally ur sitting on Indian land in the name of P-O-K.

About balochis, it is none of your buisness.

Similarly abt Kashmiris ..They werent a part of ur country in the first place and so they r none of ur business....
