Watch - they'll now hear arguments - then they'll mid stream after days say this is now a complex issue and requires a full court. All the CJP has done is kept his door open. He basically made no decision. He is delaying, pure and simple.

Yeah...follow the actual law instead of making things up on the fly under doctrine of necessity.

Hamza was made interim CM so that aik haftay kay liay CM kia change karna...but now jab baat lambi hi jani hai to phir get the rightful person in there. PTI is for some reason happy with Hamza remaining CM, and not arguing that point.

Perhaps they have eyes only on the main thing, and don't want the court to get distracted and for the proceedings to go on a tangent, as N just tried.

Just my opinion, cases for constitutional interpretations of this nature should be televised, as they involve public officials and elected representatives and the legislature.

Cases of criminal or civil nature between private parties can be kept behind closed doors.

The shame is that "Khassi" judges would not take any action against Maryam Nawaz a convicted criminal out on bail. The reason for her bail is sitting in London for almost 3 years, but no judge in Pakistan has the courage to cancel her bail.
She is given billions of rupees to run PMLN media cell and control the media in Pakistan.
She is given full protocol on people's money. Whcih country provide full state protocol for a criminal who is serving her jail sentence!!
