NS wanted early elections, so did the rest, but NS wanted a deal from the establishment which he didn't get.

When he didn't get a deal of his choice, he was like ab dekho main kia karta hoon and remained in govt.

The courts can rule in someone's favor when interpretation is required. However, in this current case, it is crystal clear that the Parliamentary Party will issue instructions which means that PML lost and Pervaiz Elahi should be the new CM Punjab. That is, unless the Supreme Courts decides that it is the Leader of the Party which sets the direction for the Parliamentary Party, in which case the parliamentary party shall stand to lose their seats but that too only after their votes are counted in favour of Elahi.

Legally, there is no way out for PML.

This is such a simple case - that fact that the court is taking this long and agonizing over a decision means they will end up with potentially a creative decision. Additionally they are giving Shujaat and others time to work behind the scenes. They are likely to do something on the back end like remove the PMLQ Parliamentary Leader. Constitute a party meeting and make some changes etc. The court is unnecessarily giving too much time on what would otherwise be a simple case. "Daal mein kuch kala hay", and it will come out in a few days.

I have said from day one of this entire saga = till the "machines get oiled", and it is settled on the streets nothing will change. This lot (PDM) are crooks, murderers, looters, scoundrels. Why does anyone think they will not employ that tactics of crooks, scoundrels, and murderers. Put out his asks in simple terms and stick with them.

Elections, under free and fair process (new ECP). That should be the one point agenda. And as it is not given, he should raise the temperature.
