Mark Zuckerberg is NOT Donating his Shares to Charity

What happened to the "FAN BOYS" ??

.
Their initiative is non-profit. They may not have structured the company as a non-profit. But that's it. It IS a non-profit initiative as per his statement.
Even if the company doesn't stand to gain, it can invest the money, and therefore earn profits. So in the end, it's not non-profit.. sorta.

They clarified that any profits will be pumped back into the same cause. Well, in any case, he is giving money which he doesn't have to, for a cause.

A Jew is much smarter than that when it comes to money...he will be stashing this safely somewhere in the swiss bank..you cannot imagine how long chains of financial transactions these Jews run..Hitler accused them of economic crimes for a reason...and the total worth of Jewish property seized by Nazis totals 14.5 Trillion US Dollars in today's money according to Clinton Library Research..that is a lot of money in warn torn, defeated and bankrupted nation to have... I have worked with JEws..they always have a lot of secret wealth stashed away!

IELTS is a non profit organization too. Tell me it does not make money

Wow somebody says they are giving billions to a company to help people across the world and people still figure out a way of hating him.

If you figure out how difficult money is to come by you will know all this talks of giving away is BS!

So if a bunch of different organizations around the world get millions from this company to build schools and whatever it's still all BS? Is this magic money or something? It obviously money not in his pocket anymore.

Maybe those schools have to agree to a 10% return on investment or something? Maybe the kids will be indentured servants.

.
Why Should He??? If he spents 100 Million then 80 million will be stolen from it... take a look at the gates charity.. poor guys gives loads of cash only 20% of them reach the poor rest is stolen

One of the major headlines in the social media world was the birth of Mark Zuckerberg’s and his wife, Priscilla Chan’s daughter on Tuesday. While that was an incredibly awesome news, another news started to make waves, that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, would donate 99% of his Facebook stock to charity. That comes to a total of an estimated $45 billion, and no, that’s not all going to charity.

Reportedly, the money will be going to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, an organization that is structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and not as a nonprofit organization. A Facebook spokesperson was also able to confirm that the company was indeed an LLC. The mission of that particular organization is, “advancing human potential and promoting equality.” Now, while the initiative will be able to donate certain amount of money to nonprofit organizations, it will also be able to invest money in private companies. If those investments were to make any profits, according to Facebook, they will be used to fund additional work for the advancement of the initiative’s mission. It will be Mr. and Mrs. Zuckerberg who will choose where the money will go. Based on reports, the primary focus will be personalized learning, connecting people, curing disease and building strong communities.

Zuckerberg’s wife, Priscilla Chan while introducing the organization said,

We need to make sure that there are investments in programs that ensure that the future isn’t going to be like today. The future is going to be better than today.

As far as Zuckerberg’s reason regarding why the couple decided to start giving away their money is concerned, he said in a response to The New York Times’ Vindu Goel,

First is that we have a lot to learn and giving, like anything else, takes practice to do effectively. So if we want to be good at it in 10-15 years, we should start now. Second is that any good we do will hopefully compound over time. If we can help children get a better education now then they can grow up and help others too in the time we might have otherwise waited to get started.
