#MarasiMedia undermines DGISPR: A Threat to Pak State

Well consider what I have described above with comprehension, and see if you can show any similarities:

Anyone suspected of anti-State activities must be shown to have probable cause for being investigated by the relevant agency. Any surveillance or taps must be approved by a judge after evaluating probable cause. Any case developed to a point of detention must result in an indictment to be presented before a court of law with jurisdiction. Any defendant must have access to the evidence presented against him/her, and must have proper legal counsel to defend the charges according to civil and criminal laws that are clearly understood and applied. The prosecution must prove their case by due process, or accept failure.

No one just goes "missing".
So the suspect isn't picked up? Locked away? Interrogated like a criminal?

So this probable cause be being Hispanic?

Did the courts know about this one:

Life is a story... as state is also a story... its called National Narrative...

When we were freeing ourselves from hindu ghulami.... We followed our National Narrative... still alive today...in our hearts.

After watching #DGISPR press conference one would expect that this socalled 'national' media would take it forward and shape it for advancement of Pak State Security and National Harmony.

It is a pathetic sight that as a whole... they gave Billo's press conference equal importance and tried to create it as a counter to State's press conference.

In all these so-called neutral #MarasiMeida talkshows they tried to paint the information provided by #DGISPR as ilzamaat...

For how long Pak State will tolerate this #MarasiMedia... these #LifafaJurnos are not fighting for us Paks or Pakistan... they are personal slaves of #CriminalEntperise or working for foreign agenda.

Who is paying these anchors?

When will Pak State reveal details about the bankaccounts of these #MarasiJurnos? #MediaCells?

The state knows who is working for whom... Why is NAB sleeping?

A Free, Fair and Honest Media is the fourth pillar of the state. Not #MarasiMedia

#MarasiMedia and #LifafaJurnos are a National Security Threat.

Why Pak State is acting weak?

Pakistani media is filth. No two ways about it.

Wanna learn something from someone? Learn from the Dutch. Look up poldermodel and how it has kept the Dutch united. No room for enemies and critics. Just consensus.

Take it easy. People have every right to place their opinion.
If you think they are paid, then why not pak army also arranges the equivalent guys?
Kutty bhonktay rehtay hain, per karwan chaltay rehtay hain.
Pak army hamari Jan hai, hamari aan hai.. Kutton k bhonknay se kch nai hota.
Long live Pakistani armed forces.

Do you even read your own links?

"The saga in part seems to go back to evidence that arose in the 1990s that some midwives and physicians in Texas were fraudulently issuing birth certificates for babies actually born in Mexico........ applicants “who have birth certificates filed by a midwife or other birth attendant suspected of having engaged in fraudulent activities, as well as applicants who have both a U.S. and foreign birth certificate, are asked to provide additional documentation establishing they were born in the United States.”

And all according to due process.

And: "ICE has released from its custody more than 1,480 people after investigating their citizenship claims, according to agency figures."

So who went "missing" without due process of law, with both prosecution and defnse playing their proper roles in ALL of the cases?

Shall we talk about what happens in Pakistan now - just to compare?

Did you read this part?

"Since 2012, the Los Angeles Times has found that more than 1,480 Americans have been released from ICE custody following an investigation of their citizenship claims."

AND all of them have lawyers who will pursue any shortfalls to the fullest extent of the law and have any grievances redressed, no doubt about it at all, all according to due process.

Number of missing citizens? ZERO.

Yes I read due to the past....but did the agency legally arrest them accidentally?

Sure talk abt Pakistan but in Pakismat can't it be a mistake after investigation? Or are they missing forever? Most are returned too...right?

Well, according to the case before the Supreme Court, what the Pakistani agencies have done is in gross violation of the law. And continue to do so, unlike what you have posted above, as I explained.

Now let me constrain myself henceforth to the topic of this thread without responding to any further whataboutery.

Stop siding with bigotry. I assume you also support child separation in your newly adopted country.

We understand loyalty is important for survival, but you don’t have to show it here.

Back on topic, has there been any further clarification about what the DG-ISPR has said in his conference?

As I said, the official records of the case before the Supreme Court should interest you if you want to pursue this further. I am not.

I am not the one who brought this angle up ...so why would I chase down the rabbit hole?
