She was clearly from UK, maybe she was a tourist or visiting family. Why would anyone even visit USA under the current climate of heat and fear against Muslims.

Is it any worse in UK? Attacks on Muslims happen there as well. Bigots exist every where. Doesn't mean US is unsafe for Muslims.
