So to avoid adultery those girls revert to Islam before marriage. No force is used or can be used on the girl to revert because sincerity is the key in embracing Islam.

Not a Hindu problem. In India a muslim is allowed to marry a hindu under the special marriage act.

That is how SRK married Gauri for e.g. Or how Amir Khan married Kiren or how Saif Ali Khan married Kareena Kapoor. And how Faran akhtar married Adhuna bhabani.

None of those hindu women converted.
