If it is something common around the world whether Papua, Maldives or US or India or Bangladesh, then it is a human nature.

Only thing is, right methods of practising these should be taught so that there is no spread of STDs or pre-marital pregnancy.

Actually the marriagable age in Maldives is 15 and Sexual activity outside marriage is illegal

Even in India the minimum age for marriage is 16 years (15 years for Muslim women) but age of consent for sex is 18(was 16 years before) While the legal age for marriage under law is 18yrs for women and 21 yrs for men.

Minimu age for marriage has been raised to 18 for girls in INDIa......population control plan i think

Sex is not life but just a small part of it. Whats the difference between Humans and animals coz

even some animals live together in pairs after they mate .

There is a law defined in Quran and that has to be followed.It is not for u to follow it is for Muslims to follow and you have no right what so ever to point fingers on our law which is clearly stated.

Premartial sex is the source of many problem this world is facing today.The punishment for doing this sin should be given in public so that people will learn from it and control there hormones.

This is definitely a good decision by the court to punish the girl for her sin . The same or even more punishment should be given to the man in public.

Children are easily influence...its the nature of grwoing up...hence their punishmnt should that into consideration

As such the girl should not be whipped but given Psyche counselling and community service as punishment if punishment needed according to law


Pedophilia is committed by an ADULT on a child.......hence the child is a victim same like the girl in the case...hence should be treated cared as such ...........
