whatever is your worship that is NOT subject of debate here the only funny thing here is that Indian Hindus are hell bent upon insulting Islam and when we point out realities about Hinduism even, they are going bonkers.

My faith says "You on to your way , on to ours".
when people lose all kinds of purpose in life they resort to such gimmicks to gain attention.
:)

GOD is same and means of worshiping is different, and I am alien admirer :)

Our religion is for human not animals neither in our religion animals are above human.

why will I call a monkey as my god in the first place or a boar?

if I want to name my pet as hunuman will that set well with you???

Uncle you got it all wrong in the first place hindus do have gender based perishable gods we don't have.

Allah/God is one and supreme and does not have a gender.

and oh BTW the word "We" is not plural we but the commanding note and only Allah can be commanding supreme for us Muslims.

For Hindus of india anything can be god that's not our headache but don't try to cross limit with our God :)

Hindu religion is for everyone, be it human or animal. You can call your pet as you wish Hanuman/Shiva/Kali, its your choice and nothing to do with anyone else!!!

One would expect more maturity from Judges..

Malaysian court rules use of Allah exclusive to Muslims | Reuters

(Reuters) - A Malaysian court ruled on Monday that a Christian newspaper may not use the word "Allah" to refer to God, a landmark decision on an issue that has fanned religious tensions and raised questions over minority rights in the mainly Muslim country.

The unanimous decision by three Muslim judges in Malaysia's appeals court overturned a 2009 ruling by a lower court that allowed the Malay language version of the newspaper, The Herald, to use the word Allah - as many Christians in Malaysia say has been the case for centuries.

"The usage of the word Allah is not an integral part of the faith in Christianity," chief judge Mohamed Apandi Ali said in the ruling. "The usage of the word will cause confusion in the community."

The decision coincides with heightened ethnic and religious tensions in Malaysia after a polarising May election, in which the long-ruling coalition was deserted by urban voters that included a large section of minority ethnic Chinese.

In recent months, Prime Minister Najib Razak has sought to consolidate his support among majority ethnic Malays, who are Muslim by law, and secure the backing of traditionalists ahead of a crucial ruling party assembly this month.

His new government - dominated by his Malay-based United Malays National Organisation - has toughened security laws and introduced steps to boost a decades-old affirmative action policy for ethnic Malays, reversing liberal reforms aimed at appealing to a broader section of multi-ethnic Malaysia.

In its case, the government argued that the word Allah is specific to Muslims and that the then-home minister's decision in 2008 to deny the newspaper permission to print it was justified on the basis of public order.

Lawyers for the Catholic paper had argued that the word Allah predates Islam and had been used extensively by Malay-speaking Christians in Malaysia's part of Borneo island for centuries. They say they will appeal against Monday's decision to Malaysia's highest court.

Christians in Indonesia and much of the Arab world continue to use the word without opposition from Islamic authorities. Churches in the Borneo states of Sabah and Sarawak have said they will continue to use the word regardless of the ruling.

The paper won a judicial review of the home minister's decision in 2009, triggering an appeal from the federal government.

Ethnic Malays make up 60 percent of Malaysia's 28 million people, with Chinese accounting for more than a quarter and ethnic Indians also forming a substantial minority. Christians account for around 9 percent.

This verse belongs to Surah Al-Fatiha

Al-hamdu lillahi Rabbul Alameen

(Al-hamdu lillahi )All praise and thanks be to Allah Almighty. The Almighty has made it very very clear (Rabbul Alameen) I am every body's God.

I know many Pakistan people who call God as Bhagwan :) :P

Bhagwan is a generic term and not name of any Hindu God.

Bhagwan, God, AllMighty are same words. So you should not call Allah as God also!!

what is difference between God and Bhagwan? one is English word and other is Hindi word. that's all. both otherwise refer to God/Bhagwan in general terms.

So you cannot use the word GOD anymore. :P

if using Bhagwan is unacceptable, then using God is also unacceptable. Look at yor post, you just committed lot of sins by calling Allah as God in above post !!

:P yeh many men in Pakistan specially in Punjab calls their wives "ari bhaag waan idhar to aa" so obviously you are right .

as far as bhagwan well how many people other than Hindus use this term for God??? :)

not many its nothing like only linguistic issue its more about the belief.

I agree its not fair to use the name Allah for idols...

Muslims have special value for name Allah that should be respected.

but seriously banning a newspaper from using Allah is silly.. hee hee.. I can't stop laughing.

You see, your claim goes against everything rational.

This is the idol of the original Allah,

The above image was discovered in southern Arabia in the site of an ancient temple. The symbols of the crescent moon and no less than 21 inscriptions with the name Sîn were also found in this temple.

And this is how he was worshiped,

Muslims today worship the same moon god without realizing it. They even Fast upon its (the crescent moon) sighting and break their fast when they see the new moon (of Ramadhan).
