Then it is the fault of those people. who buy this land. nearly everyone knows if a housing project is legal or not. and still they chose to settle there. khareedar nahi milta to builder bhi kisi ko nahi baich saktay thay. uskay uper aik naya tamasha pichhlay 10 saal main portions ko alag alag bechnay ka shuru kia. The haramkhor builders managed to artificially inflate property prices through this way. they should all be hung from their balls. and this trend of selling portions separately is still going on.However, my concern was solely for legit buyers who were tricked by builders into buying properties built on rishwat acquired lands.
