Simply because no single engine aircraft flypast is allowed in republic day parades....You are simply ignoring Tejas performance in Aero Indias.
When did JF 17 became a purely Pakistani design ? You can't even develop a microlight without a JV ,let alone a fighter

So you claiming Tejas is INDIGENOUS.
@SpArK once gave a detailed breakdown of all the contributors in the LCA programme.
You also need to do more homework, the aircraft picture you posted are HF-24 Maurat, which was a twin engine jet.
