- Few things you deliberately missed out. The literacy rate among Indian Muslims is 57% among Christians it is 74%, Hindus & Sikhs it is 64% & 67%. The GAR ratio of Muslim students is less than even Dalits and other scheduled castes.

- Higher education enrollment of Muslim is also one of the lowest in India, that is lower than Dalits (SCs) even Scheduled Tribals (ST)

-In short Indian Muslim educational attainment is one of the worst in the country, that's despite they having special reservation including with OBCs.

Nobody is stopping Muslims from going to school or completing their education, they have equal opportunities or even more considering special scholarships. These issues are Socio-economical rather than state actions.

All these will reflect in government jobs as well.


That's debatable given you don't know who the employees in R&AW are, and they operate in Islamic nations like Pak, BD, Afg, Maldives, etc.. so I'm not too sure of that.
