Atgm is a beast in these type of situations. I'm a great admirer of atgm. It proved its metal in the syrian war.
if you are talking man portable shoulder fired rounds then it has no chance against a tank in a stand off range. if we are to target those tanks then the shooter will have to cross the landmines and the LoC. those tanks will be in fortified tank bunkers.
T90s are awesome machines. they have deadly accuracy and will wreck havoc on our positions if the hostilities escalate.
just for a reference check out our tank firing and check out its accuracy and range. now this tank is out in the open whereas the Indian tanks would be most probably dug in or in fortified bunkers offering little exposure.
they truly are bad news as expressed by presenter.

So why can't we put our tanks into fortified bunkers? Also, a tank in the open should be more manoeuvrable and can shoot and scoot.

it is very situational. very general question. everything is possible once there is a need for such thing.
I dont think you have been to mountainous area or lived there. sometimes even passing and cross two vehicles is almost a deadly task due to limited space, just to let you know that in some areas you can only drive in first gear.

tank is meant for land warfare not the mountains where the access and space is an issue maneuverability is very limited.

we have put our tanks in the tribal areas against TTP, it was shown firing from mountain top at them in one of a similar programs
but if we deployed them in Kashmir then rest assured - we wont publicize it

Really interesting. I like what he said about trade, gives me hope things might be alright in the future.
One thing I noticed he said about the greenery in Kashmir, is it the most forested area in Pakistan? Are there other greener areas in Pakistan?

Yes i was talking about atgm's like TOW and Kornet etc. In mountainous area it would not be an easy task to locate an atgm team which is moving, hiding, changing its place and using move and scoot tactics against a dug in tank. And those atgm's can take out a target from a lot farther distance than a tank can. That's what i learned from syrian war specially in mountainous latakia province where rebels just massacred syrian tanks. Even dug in tanks in make shift trenches were not safe. They were being hit pretty frequently. I saw what i saw. But as you know i'm no expert, just sharing my observation. We might have a different scenario at loc.

in order to accomplish this
challenge will be to identify the location of those concealed tanks. once that location is confirmed then it will be down to what method should be employed maybe RR or artillery then choosing which one to go for. in case of short range weapon crossing over and getting closer without getting detected by entire Indian side in the area, destroy the target or targets and return without getting hit. it might be a one way mission

That means at loc the attacking side will be at a disadvantage then. In latakia syria it took syrian army and russian air force months to retake even a single hill let alone a whole valley from the rebels who were armed with just hell cannons, atgms and some multi rocket launchers. So that means loc is a stalemate basically?

We took entire regions not just valleys in just months in zarb e azab in a much tougher terrain, that too against a much more determined and tougher enemy. We are not the syrian army mate.

How about drone strikes to take those tanks out, figuring out the location by a high altitude drone and than sending in an armed swarm to take them out.

for now the drones are only used for reconnaissances and spying. employing offensive drones can escalate to helicopter gunships and involvement of air force so if the need arises and the situation demands it then everything is considered
