Document was signed by Iftikhar Durrani.

However interesting bit is that, Mr Durrani had already resigned from his post when he signed the document. One party official Dawn spoke to said Mr Durrani told him he did so “under coercion”

Now the question stands in different ways. What, why, when how. PK would be knowing and anyone else who has served or worked closely with intel agencies. If a conflicting situation develops then many matters are considered: when are retired officers approached, how many times they are approached, why are they approached and what options/negotiations/meetings/communication they have to go through before the matter fans out in the media.

What the public sees is when the news hits mainstream media. Stick to this narrative as its been fed already. Then set the basis for patriotism, politics, manipulation, and other related theories.
