Kabul can be easily ruled out, as target is adjoining region of Gawadar.
BLA have safe heavens inside Iran and this is the objective to hit border areas and retreat to safe heavens... most likely chabahar.

India possible, as the attack took place near chabahar but Afghanistan is far away and if it's Afghan drone than it's a matter of shame that a slow moving drone travel that far and air defense kept sleeping!

If perpetrators are still in Pakistan, they would be caught sooner than later but if they are already across the border than it's at diplomatic level.
