unless u dream of it u cannot achieve it. Compared to coutries that have gained independence at the same time India has done remarkably well. You can see the differnce very stark! we are on the path, unless we have a dream, a goal, a destination, we will stop growing. so better we have one.. and that too something that definitely looks achievable.

Guess what the circulation of Times of India is? 2.4 Million.

So 2.4 Million people in India (that probably consists solely of rich cosmopolitan metropolitan residents) out of 1,100 million read it.

Its pretty much an elitist newspaper.

For a more sober (and better-researched) worldview (or rather India-view), read Indian Express, The Hindu, and The Tribune etc.

TOI is pretty much a corporate tool.

Very sad, considering the illustrious history of this newspaper, which used to be well-respected around the world for the quality of its editorial opinion.
