I hope that hotheaded turks will find peace one way or another considering the amount of chestthumping they're doing. Turkey has in the past acted pragmatic, and that has served us somewhat well in a way that may be difficult to see for some people. But when you're balancing on a knife's edge you need to think and act wisely.

The way I see it, RTE is letting the "mob" run his policy and that is definitely not a good thing. Or perhaps the "mob" thinks they're the ones running the country which is also a bad thing because people tend to act like they're kings if they think their will is being followed by their elected leader, so they often run rampant and act like they're above the law because their elected leader acts like he's above the law.

An elected leader who can say he doesn't respect the law should be a head shorter because he is setting an example for the rest of the people who in return become vigilanties themselves. Hurting innocent people because of clothes and what not.

It is imperrative that leaders respect and follow the law and work towards changing the law if the law isn't for the good of the people, all of them.

And the same applies for foreign policy, if you shake hands you need to respect that otherwise you become untrustworthy. RTE rants at EU for not sticking to their agreement, well mr jackass who the heck told you to make that refugee agreement and camp in the first place, you could have let the ppl run all the way to Europe. So now that he's burned his hand he looks for someone to blame it on.

This is especially very important when it comes to military alliance so RTE ranting, whining and his attempt to put all the blame for his policies on gulenists is a poor example of how old and ruined he has become.

Nothing will happen to Incirlik, nor the US missiles there, because in the backstage there are decent ppl doing the talking. And the marionet can continue jiggling.

He made the agreement so citizens of Turkey wouldn't need a Visa to travel to EU countries, which is good for business and the citizens.

If the EU doesn't keep it's part of the deal, they will face a bigger refugee crises than before. We kept our part of the deal, now it's EU's turn.

Let me tell you what is going to happen EU is going to ignore the part about visa and concentrate on Turkey not keeping it's promise, and that is how the west makes politics.
