The Specialty Dishes of Niseko: Heartier, Flavorful and richly influenced by the dairy and abundance in poultry, and livestock as well as the rich variety of greens ! Definitely the dishes in our region is unique in that it is no so much sea-food based as compared to the rest of Japan. Niseko region food is very similar to the kind of food they eat in Europe, and the United States; more emphasis on bovine variety.

No, I am sundanese, Indonesian, but we have share a similar culture..

Yup it's true, Bhayangkara is derived from sanskrit which means something dangerous or to be feared. And Bhayangkara is a name of our Majapahit kingdom's elite group, which is similar like Garda Republic..

Yes bro @Bhayangkara ! Hokkaido is well known so much for the wild outdoors , and one of my favorite hobbies to do on time off from school and work was going fishing. To be specific; Fly Fishing !


Let me share some pictures of the fly fishing in the pristine rivers and streams in Niseko Region, Hokkaido ! So good man, i can just clean the fish , and cook it on open fire.... eaten with simple rice, with some sake to wash it down. Sooo good...

There is nothing like fresh caught fish....

Wow such a beautiful country, I really have to go an visit one day. Got family there so I have an excuse to go say "hello" and kill two birds with one stone. Loved the pictures of the good, the beef strips reminded me of Sukiyaki... My god that dish is so awesome, but I suppose eating it in Japan would be twice as tasty.
