The stupidity of our Arab and Muslim leaders will never end it seems.

I will watch this development closely and see if another own goal was made.

Tragic really. I have many friends from Lebanon. Both "natives" and Palestinians. One of my best friends (I consider him a unique person in the era we live in today), is half Lebanese and Palestinian. He told me a lot of "shocking" things. How Lebanon went downward after the civil war and how the country is occupied/trapped to this very day.

I see that the "leaders" continue this stupidity. Sad, very sad. And people wonder why I am an proud Arab nationalist like most Arabs are by heart.

Hopefully sanity will prevail and the new generation (that I have a lot hope invested in) will change status quo. Otherwise, we are in for a few more decades (at least) of nonsense and waste of enormous potential.

As for corruption, don't even mention it. It's a disease. A cancer.

As for the Geopolitical reality of Tunisia...
Well... it's quite simple.

An Old man... wanted to find a new wife
He found her... but he had to fight for her... really hard...really really hard.
But in the End, he did get her...

The only problem... he fought for her only on the basis of her beauty...
Therefore when the wedding was over... Reality came back to his face...

He couldn't imagine that such beauty will come with so many difficulties...
He also didn't know (or didn't want to see) that another man, was lurking around... a man who couldn't accept such reality...
That man, then, decided... to take action...

He deeply hurt her... She cried...cried and cried again...
Then the old man decided, to be a man...again...
So, he took whatever was left of him and went to confront the man...
That man was strong, or at least, wanted him to believe that way...
The old man, kept pushing..pushing and pushing... Till he was able to cut that man tongue...

After this incident,The man, runaway... but not too far...Therefore the old man kept pushing even more...
Till...he was able to cut his legs off... and then his hand... now not much is left of him...

Before having his head cut off...The man Tried to utter some words... " I... not alone..."
or at least something like that...
The old man... answered back " Come... I may put a knee on the ground... But I swear I ain't letting you back..."

Meanwhile... The old man... came back to his sense...
When he returned home to his wife... he couldn't see her the same way he did before...
She was still beautiful... but he knew... Beauty is just a mirage if you can't sustain it...

So as of today...the old man... Knew... he had to change and sacrifice himself for a better future...
Now that he knew...
The Question will be..." Will he move on that knowledge?" or "Will he keep admiring her... till she get bored of him and leave him"...

I hope... this "little" story... gave you an answer...
