Why Pakistan navy is not investing in drones.

Drones Can be used for Few Roles
Defence & Attack for that you can use swarms which will act as force multiplier to Pakistan Navy
or with less units can do stealthy Machines.
Can Build Autonomous Drones which can do Patrolling and surveillance jobs as well as that will take less toll on naval bigger vessels.
Underwater Smaller Vessels can be used against enemy Subs and ships.
Heck more ships you have in region can provide much better area image which can help in Rescue missions as well.
They will become much more force multiplier than 1 or 2 bigger ships.

Well the Coastal patrol boat addition is a good mile stone to improve custom's & police patrol near shore

A modest addition

• 1 Damen Offshore Patrol Boat (Minimally armed)
• 1 1500 Tone Coast Guard ship (Minimally armed)

The 1500 Ton Ship resembles our F22P frigate but they are more heavier

why are we wasting precious resources on these fishing boasts? Why not make bigger ships 4000T+ Frigates and destroyers with VLS

Because Herr Riechsmarschall, a 4000T destroyer costs money! In India, the IN need four times the number of 4000T + ships it gets, especially with the PLAN flexing in the IOR; but are given a lowly carrot with the measly production of Delhi Class DDGs.

Same problem, we just don't have money to feed our appetite and strategic requirements
