Planning and design work on these projects and many others never stops within PAEC. The cancellations and restarts that you are referring to represent political considerations and other externalities, sometimes planned and sometimes not.

These are nuclear deals and it is a very slow procedure. Wait for couple of months/years until something concrete is presented

We are negotiating with Chinese about Chashma 3 & 4 and hopefully that deal will be signed soon. KANNUP-2 will be following after Chashma 3 & 4 are finalized
