I find it amusing that you decided to answer my question in terms of your religion likeness to their religion. How stupid is that? what is it with some of you indians you defend the west as you are part of it. Last time I looked you are not. They dont even like you ans say so. vinodbhai you are correct your govt has been a supporter of palestinians but I am talking about some of your countrymen who come on here. If you look at palestinian arab or israeli threads you would see that they are mostly pro zionist and anti palestinians. I do take your point that officially i do not find fault with indian govt position on palestine or even libya where they stayed neutral and suggested non interference along with china and russia, but your internet warriors here dont ness reflect indian govt view

People are free to support the side they chose to.

Most Indians would want a two state solution to the Palestine issue and that includes me.

But we don't support the like of Hamas and Hizbollahs. We consider them terrorists.

And we also sympathize with the victims of other religions (like the Darfur genocide victims at the hands of Arabs/Muslims). It was an atrocity on a far bigger scale than any in recent history.

Our country has been at the receiving end of "Islamic terror" for decades. That does harden attitudes.

And the sponsors of that terror will not be getting support. That is a given.
