In 1971 the situation was different, Bangladesh was a strategic nightmare for India, and nothing we did was proactve but reactive,. If you have read your history well you would know that ever since 1947 we have always been reactive, never proactive. And more importantly, our nationa were in a competitive fphase backthem, but today is a one sided equation, and there are nukes involved.

It is a Pakistani (not Pakistanian) language but not the Pakistani official language, which is Urdu. Pushto is taught in schools in NWFP and spoken by Pathan people.

There's no excuse for torture, as Obama says - you either torture, or you don't. Its a matter of principle.

Nonsense. Bangladesh was a strategic nightmare, so is Pakistan. They still are actually.

I would say India was proactive in 1971 covertly. But anyway, I'm not continuing this discussion, it's pointless. Just deal with present facts.

Relax! At least we're not pumping up WAR hysteria while this operation is going on. Neither are we pointing fingers at Indians. If some Pakistani's here are blaming India for this attack then it's their own opinion and they have a right to share it with you or anyone else for that matter.

Go through this ENTIRE thread and check out the posts from Pakistani's. Even in our darkest times, we are sensible enough to not point fingers at India or other elements which are OBVIOUSLY there. Most of us have repeatedly said that it's too soon to speculate. And we aren't jumping to ANY conclusions just yet.

But don't forget how Indians reacted during the whole Mumbai carnage. Your entire nation was thirsty for Pakistani blood. Guess that's what sets us apart from our neighbours. We're dealing with our problem using ALL our resources, and will definitely give everyone an answer when we have a SOLID case against ANY organization or individual for carrying out this attack.

Rather i understand at such emotional times - people don't really talk in their senses rather - I am very - shocked ( in a good sense ) to see the maturty shown here in OUR forum.
