Not really. Entire family going back generations is lactose intolerant. Just avoid anything with it.

I think besides lactose free u can also go for soya milk option @ka i leone i think soya milk is also a substitute its made from soya beans, but ihave heard it does not taste very good

kids were on soya it worked fine.
