Correction: according to TOI, the king is meeting the president, has received honors, etc. That makes it a "state visit".

I doubt it; both parties have more reliable intermediaries. Why, in D.C. the two embassies are only sixty feet apart!

On the other hand, the King may be explaining to Pakistan his strategy of fomenting antisemitism while simultaneously cooperating with Israel to enhance the security of his kingdom. He will probably try to encourage Pakistan to support his approach. I don't advise Pakistan to do so because without open and friendly relations withe the Jewish State I don't see that Pakistanis have any chance to successfully address the distortions hostility to Israel has caused to their mentality and society over the past 70+ years.

Jordan was created as a buffer state between Saudi Arabia and Israel. It's monarchs have always maintained the relations with Zionist entity due to the vary nature of country they rule.

I would not discount this possibility as along with others personalities he meet COAS. This level of access is not available via embassies.
