Problem is that we have captured majority of TTP territory yet only killed about 500 thugs out of 10000. In Swat, we killed almost 2000 out of 5000. I am concerned about these thugs running away and coming back anothe day.

And this is exactly what I want to learn... Where are those 10,000-15000 TTP fighters? If they have escape I can tell this is indeed a very bad news but that seems the case here.
This will force PA to spread operation to North Waziristan, Kurram and Orakzai agencies as well and that kind of operation will require much more resources and men.
