Sorry spelling error its called mallige idly or jasmine idly...its very very soft!! n no it definitely aint puttu lol..this idly is a special dish in karnataka i guess.

i dont think any particular state in south claims masala dosa as its own.. but i do like the one i get mostly in karnataka to be honest. masala tastes difefrent in different states!!
