No doubt balochistan have large oil and gas fields, what we need is strong govt and leadership to cope with any challenges including militancy and terrorists and at the same time be able to extract these resources and put them to use for the betterment of our people.

Fossil fuels are a result of centuries of chemical process under extreme physical conditions.

Thus it is highly unlikely that fossil fuel like oil can be found at such a low depth under almost ordinary physical conditions or as clean as shown in the video.

Dead dinosaurs for millions of years don't look at clean in a bottle.

I saw this place much before this video appeared... also do you think they threw a buckets of oil into the mountains and got it to show it to kalam.com people?

Also deposites of oil have been found in KPK before..

Lets not forget we have already found around 50 trillion cubic feet of shale gas and one of the largest reserves of coal in Pakistan..

I standby what I said before.

Decaying organic matter (crude oil) does not come in the shape that is shown in the video.
Do you know how much refinement procedure it has to go under to become usable (Diesel, Kerosene, Petrol).

If indeed the video is true ( I highly doubt it) then those reserves can outbid almost any other known reserve of fossil fuels in the world.

NP ... that friend of yours needs some lesson in science.
A mountain of Uranium ! really ... There is a reason it is called rare earth element.
Maybe your friend stayed too close to it, and had his brain cells damaged.

Fables of vast deposits of copper and gold and oil and gas and coal and precious gems in Baluchistan and elsewhere in Pakistan are delusions. We have some deposits of each of these resources, but we do not have the necessary vision, capital or expertise to benefit from them at present.

All the mineral reserves locations are known to Pakistans corrupt & incompetent Govt. but they will not do anything because if Pakistans mineral reserves are used properly then there will be no US Aid, US funding & IMF loans etc. So they are untouched.

If only Pakistan Mineral resources were used properly, Pakistan would had been on a track for a very bright & strong future but.. corruption & incompetancy Zindabad.
