Instead they have little skirmishes to get the attention off of their own internal problems and put pressure on the elected government who they loathe, since they are not total puppets of the army.

Pakistani generals get all the attention that anyone can ever dream of, its the poor indian generals who get deprived of their security detail and even cars, its them the incompetent, who made it to the office due to some *** kissing that now require some attention and may be want to make some money out of creating fear of an enemy one third of their size..............shame on poor bastards
