Pakistan should first hold a plebiscite in it's own country specially NW and Baluchistan.Also Pakistan should remove the phrase where they force Po K residents to sign a deal and not a democracy.

They do not object on hoarding Pakistan's flag and do not throw Pakistanis from their territory. (Surprise surprise what happens to Pundits there in Indian occupied Kashmir).
