Whatever taken from India, by agreement and/or force, is final. India cannot give away more land for any cause(religion or otherwise)......if it does, it will give the impression that India is not hard to divide and start a chain reaction which might disintegrate India completely....
Therefore, for its own existence, India must hold on to whatever landmass it presently controls, India cannot keep cutting itself on demand......
Having said that, regarding disputes what can be done is, mutual exchange of territories....if that is possible.......
