Kashmir is neither an internal matter nor an integral part of India but an internationally recognised dispute by the UN Security Council, Pakistan’s Deputy Permanent Representative to United Nations Aamar Aftab Qureshi said on Saturday.

Aftab made the statement while responding to comments made by an Indian delegate during the ongoing 31st Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva

The Pakistani delegate went on to say that history, legal and political realities could not be changed by fabrication, lies and false claims over occupied territories.

Furthermore, Permanent Representative at International Muslim Women Union Shamim Shawl also raised concern over abuse of women in Kashmir.

All women ageing between 10 and 65 years have been affected by execution and custodial disappearance of male members of their families, she said addressing the UN session.

How is this a Defense News?

Secondly how is this a credible source? If i understand this site has more of Zaid Hamid and Ahmed Qureshi based opinions and news reports..

Perhaps i may be wrong.. since i dont know too many folks of Pakistan media but definitely i have not heard so called PKKH among reputed names in Pakistan News Media

++
To add i had reported the same with this msg

1. its not a defense news
2. Source is not very credible as its Zaid hamid and Ahmed Qureshi propaganda machinery not like credible newsprint or media houses.

OP is keen to induce a flame bait war for trolls

I love that source, that is so reliable.
Now that the writing is on the wall modiji should give up on kashmir issue and hand it over to pakistan.

Lets do plebiscite as per Shimla agreement

1. first Pakistan will remove military from Kashmir
2.Then India will remove military from Kashmir
3. then plebiscite will happen.

India is waiting for first step.....and waiting...and waiting

tell me, why should pakistan first remove its military and then indian government will??

this is a logical question pakistan establishment will ask.

Its not even a bilateral issue anymore but a stalemate with either side never gona give away their control of respective Kashmir.

Those Piece of Shyt Indian Govts nearly agreed on joint control followed by demilitarization of Kashmir has been taught a lesson in elections.

. .
well this is agreed by both nation in Shimla agreement.

i have not read the shimla agreement text because from what i gather it is not meant to resolve the dispute but to put out nationalist and militarist needs over humanitarian.

kashmir issue can be resolved either if the subcontinent countries unite or like gaddafi proposed, all three sides of kashmir form a independent state administered with the help of international socialists :

kashmir : the definitive solution

all other solutions are non-solutions. :)

Only a stupid person will assume Pakistan to pull out and give free way to 7 lakh indian occupiers.

As I said in other threads, Pakistan is in a better position and has upper hand. This is how,

1) If IOK stays as status quo, muslim population of india will be higher giving muslims more room to breath. Indian resources will keep getting drained and indian military will suffer loses in terms of lives and finances.

2) IOK becomes independence, one more muslim country in the world. Historically Kashmir has always been part of empires and govts of which pakistan had been so naturally an independent kashmir will be more closer to Pakistan. Gilgit Baltistan will never quit Pakistan. The people there want to be part of pakistan officially and demands for provincial status is very high there.

3) IOK becoming part of Pakistan, Pakistan will have more access to China. Acheive land that was historically always been part of Pakistan.
