The state of Jammu and Kashmir has its own flag. This is the only state in India to have its own flag to which many political parties have opposed.

Where a Pakistan has also issued a flag to *** which they call Azad Kashmir. Pakistan also has a separate Prime Minister for Azad Kashmir.

The Jammu Kashmir Flag is the original flag of Kashmir for centuries while the Azad Kashmir flag is created by Pakistan.

Every state in US and Russia also has its own flag.

In Asia UAE has a separate flag for every emirate.

However in South Asia having a flag within the country's flag doen't work.

Azad Kashmir's flag was created and accepted by Kashmiris in a Kashmiri parliament, how can you say it was "Created by Pakistan" ?
