Kashmir: a way forward

Another option is to have India keep Kashmir. Why should a prospect of 300 Million Muslims in a Hindutva lead India not strike us as a strategic pivot?

You are assuming that the Indian Muslims would support Pakistan. They may not.

Seems like umhaa concept is still alive and kicking inside those closet fundementalists..,8-) @Horus
Haha you nailed it bro. Damn those ummah romance but reality is quite opposite. Eg: East Pakistan, whole middle East today

No? Then how do you say they may be a strategic pivot for Pakistan?

It will be if following dynamics take place in Bhaarat.

* Hindutvadasis maintain their grip on power for an extended period of time.

* VHP's 'Blue Print' for a new Hindustan, under rules defined by their ideology is implimented, step by step, with the full conscent of the govt.

* The number of minority representation in power circles and armed forces continues to slide, to a point where the minority votebank itself fades in the face of highly organized and intimidating Hindutva movement.

* If BJP tries to impliment VHP's 'social engineering' project. They'll start to convert minorities into Hinduism, begining with Christians, then would populate Muslim, Sikh and Christian majority areas and states with Hindus to permanently deplete their votebank.

Only thing that can stop this is the upcoming economic failure of Modi. Only thing we ought to do is to not disturb them.

Chanakya doctrine created a civil war in India which created a vast totaliterian kingdom which lasted less than a centuary. Vast amounts of Hindus were killed by fellow Hindus. It lead to the demise. History repeats itself today in India...we musn't disturb them.

Just like British India was partitioned on the basis of the two-nation theory, there are many nations in Kashmir. If plebiscite is to be held, it should be held separately for Ladakh, Jammu and the rump state of Kashmir.

Chances are that India will remain a functioning democracy and none of what you say will come to pass.

Thanks for the laugh.

As a Hindu from Jammu, why would my people ever join Pakistan when we are happy with India. Us Dogras ruled Kashmir so why should Pakistan get it?

I don't consider India to be a democracy. Nor democracy = having an election.

Its future is to become a fascist run corporate state, where poor would work for the rich on a scale never seen before by humanity.

My answers inline

Should not matter either way.

Can you share this "Blue Print" and the steps?

* The number of minority representation in power circles and armed forces continues to slide, to a point where the minority votebank itself fades in the face of highly organized and intimidating Hindutva movement.
We are hoping that there won't be a vote bank that serves either the minority or majority. Hopefully it will be an Indian movement. We can wait and watch instead of coming to conclusions right away based on your prejudice.

There are some reconversion attempts, but the scale is very low. Which also points to the fact that "minority" to "majority" shift is just a small ceremony away. Kinda ridiculous concept(minority-majority) don't you think.

I'd not want to pick on your points, but your conclusion is spot on. Please do not disturb us.
