I think CIDA look like a SAAB MBT NLAW
It is simple guided missile. NLAW use predicted line of sight (PLOS). While CIDA use Semi Active Laser (what is this semi active laser? The missile is using laser guidance or what?) Also CIDA in roketsan web it siad that CIDA is between guided missile and unguided weapon

Btw, are Turkey developed more advance missile like SPIKE NLOS (max range reach 25 km) from this umtas platform? Glad if turkish do reserch like that

The target is illuminated by a laser designator. Designator might be a soldier, drone or anything having a laser source and The reflected laser beams over the target are intercepted by receiver sensors of missiles to determine the flight path and trajectory of target.

The project called TEMREN is aimed at meeting this need. More precisely, it aims to be the equivalent of the Penguin class missile in the Turkish navy inventory.

UMTAS - long range ATGM - 160mm - IIR

L-UMTAS - long range laser guided ATGM/primarily for helis - 160mm - SAL- 8000m

TEMREN - Details not yet shared. It is speculated that there will be a maximum 20+ km engagement range.
