Karachi: 5 terrorists killed in police encounter

KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least 5 suspected terrorists were killed at Sheedi Goth area of Karachi on Wednesday as result of a police encounter, Dunya News reported.

According to the details, the police acted on a tip-off about possible presence of terrorists in the area. The police said that the slain terrorists belonged to the banned terrorist outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Reportedly, heavy amount of explosives, weapons and a suicide jacket have been recovered from the suspected terrorists.

Sources said that the slain terrorists were involved in various crimes including target killing in the metropolis and were taking refuge in the Sheedi Goth area of Karachi for a long time.

there are operatives on the ground who tell where to attack when to attack who will be there and who wont after the attack they tell their superiors how many were killed and wounded
