Everyone knows that Afghanistan is the hub of anti-Pakistan activity. Many anti-Pakistan terrorists have sought refuge in that country. They have training camps and are taught how to become suicide bombers. Expel every Afghan from Pakistan and close the border. More than half of the security problems will be resolved there and then. All talks should be put to an halt. Unless Afghanistan doesn't do more to remove anti-Pakistan scourge from their soil no progress can be made between these two nations.

Assuming you are correct about the Afghans being responsible, what if the Afghan response is to simply keep supporting such attacks and then when confronted say "Hey, the Pakistanis insist that they won't talk to us unless we stop something we are not doing in the first place?!" What if they make the same demand that Pakistan has repeatedly made vis-a-vis India - that we ignore the issue of Pak-sponsored terrorism and continue talking to your leadership?

Will that be acceptable?

That's not correct, really. A) The TTP and Baloch insurgents are not Indian assets. B) You are not prevailing over them. PDF has this disingenuous policy whereby you are free to make this false claim, without being countered. I can easily disprove what you just wrote with actual data showing hundreds of attacks over the last few months alone, clearly showing that Pakistani army is losing in with Balochistan and Waziristan. Full scale decapitation of TTP bases will render them useless. This will be good for Afghanistan and Pakistan and for everyone.
