• The Army today foiled another infiltration bid near the LoC in Uri.
• Two heavily armed terrorists were killed during the operation.
• This is the third infiltration attempt by terrorists in last 24 hours.

NEW DELHI: The Army on Friday foiled an infiltration bid near the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir, killing two heavily armed terrorists.

"Soldiers deployed along LoC in Uri detected a movement of terrorists trying to sneak into this side from across border this afternoon," a senior Army official said, adding, "Army men fired on terrorists, who returned the fire from automatic weapons."
He also said intense combing operation underway.
This is the third infiltration attempt by terrorists in last 24 hours and the fifth such along the LoC in less than a fortnight in north Kashmir.

out of those 12 2 so called bat members aging 57 and 63 were killed.
one infiltrator aging 80 a retired school principal also was killed.
1 civilian infiltrator died when a vehicle and ambulance were targeted.
3 more were killed yesterday. 2 were completely clean shaved to be a real infiltrator. they were carrying weapons enough for at least 50 men. which shoes Indian army lost count when taking pictures of own weapons.

about radars. both countries have radars to locate movement on ground.

you mean school principals and old men cross heavily fenced and mined border, not to mention constant speculative firing for adventure sake?? You are getting confused between people killed in infiltration attempt and people killed in replying to the cover fire your forces give these infiltrators

We were suppose to deploy new Israeli radars that captures any movement from really long distance, few days back I read somewhere some news about some new radars getting deployed, so just wanted to confirm. If the news is true then the new radar is doing wonders

The fact that scores of your soldiers have been killed by our army can be proved by the fact your army refused to release casualty numbers:

and loc can b crossed accidentally.

and those Indian civilians who died were used as human shields by Indian army. they were collateral damage. but you accepted the fact that India army kill civilians after planning whole civilian killing operations.

Only one villager was killed in retaliation during a raid into your territory. Won't be surprised if he was the relative of Let Commander.
