Any link to this development ? I believe this is not true. If this man in footage has turned himself to the police then DNA was not the first step. They would have investigated how he knows Zainab? why he was roaming by holding Zainab's hand in those streets? where did he left her? So I think this is false alarm that he has turned himself to police

there is another theory which police is focussing on more .... that victims are dumped in same location to throw investigations off track....

he is not a local and he takes them else where..... that would explain few days from kidnap to dumping of body....

and he is smart...intelligent... which is a common trait in serial killers.... they usually are above normal intelligence
