I havent seen any information about the JL-3 specs either.

We don't need to see specs. The JL-3 is the naval version of the DF-41 (a little shorter, a little fatter to fit in a sub) - we can deduce a lot about its performance from that fact and from looking at comparable systems like the Trident D5.

Yes. Bill Gertz's figures seem to resemble more of the JL-2 rather than the JL-3
