Creation of BD does not negate two nation theory as BD did not merge back with India.

We have Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan and Muslim BD, although BD is far more secular than Pakistan is.

Muslims cannot rule Hindus and Hindus cannot rule Muslims.
It does not mean that there has to be only two countries per se.
