So many wonderful memories are associated with this place. Attended football and athletic coaching camps here.One of my inter-university football matches was live telecast by PTV from this very ground. This is the place where I defeated the athletes from the Wah ordinance factory and got qualified as a broad jumper to participate in national games held in Peshawar.

I remember going to this stadium during the SAF games in Islamabad. Beside some of the police lathee charge( that's also part of our cultural spice ) it was a memorable experience. Especially considering that the stadium was brand spanking new at the time and also the fellowship (friends and cousins).
