There is a role for Religious parties in Pakistan's future, whether we like it or not.
Things like Difa-e-Pakistan are nothing more than political stunts to find some unemployed ex-establishment cronies work.
If they truly cared about any "Difa" of Pakistan.. they would not paste posters on traffic signals and lamp posts with the prophets name and Kalimah on it.. Posters which are washed down by the rain and then get jammed in gutters.If this is not blasphemy.. then I wonder what else is.

When it comes to public property ethnic and liberal ideology containing political parties are more involved in such cases. You need to see the facts correctly don't just target one community.

Dear Oscar ! With respect, I wouldn't claim that my vision is any superior than you, But I have ability of sensing and choosing too ,even the right one among many copies. Public is really disappointed from traditional parties and their agendas, I want to clear something at this point that Difa-e-Pakistan is not a political party its just a conference held up by religious communities followed by some political parties and also supported by few non-muslim minority communities to support army and the sacrifieses They'd given... public is tired from politicians and liberal bearucracy and turning towards religious communities as a hope.. as your claim about flags concerns I'm still attached with my previous opinion.

Aren't you mixing JUI-F with them? They are purely seperate community man. I've read about them too.
You remember that Imran Jalsa of karachi which was fully covered and supported by the media on 25th Dec.. at same day 25th Dec a jalsa was also organized by jamat Islami in lahore and media coverage was provided for that too .. Before both jalsas there was a jalsa organized by Difa-e-Pakistan on 18th december 2011 , niether media tells anything about that and niether wikipedia. just have a look..
