F-16XL wing design and innovation in it should be bench mark for JF-17 block-4 because India is also taking Tejas to Medium category aircraft and redesigning is being done for that.

That is the main innovation, that wing gives it on par F-15 capability that is why F-16XL should be studied for JFT block-4 MCA.

The XL was competitor of F-15E and a single engine bird on par with F-15E capability is what PAF requires so block-4 JFT should be based on XL design with latest tech and added design innovation where available or necessary.

The f-22 will come after the first f-35 squadrons are setup here is how it will be allocated to the PAF inventory.

12= sargodah (ccs)
12= bholari (that is why the new base was made)
12= jacobabad (USA tech secuariy and supervention)
12= shorkot (CAC)

2 F-35's model will be on standby reserve (it is like an insurance) ALLAH for bid any thing happens to the PAF F-35 for assurance review PNS sea king incident

AS FAR AS THE F22 GOES I KNOW THAT WE ARE OFFERED AS ONLY 200 WERE BUILT AND PRODUCTION HAS CEASED. we will be getting 13 F22A block 20 and 22 F22 block 20, they are serials 02 and 04 the TFS 43 has been dissolved and 04 serials are scattered across the USAF and USAF want to generalize their fleet. the used F-22 will be mainly posted at Bholari and CAC while Quetta or Peshwar will get the f-16 from no 14 (likely)

This deal also comes with technical support, training and WIP
the F-22 will be striped of of its aesa radar instead we will have raytheon apg 79
Iam hearing rumors that this deal is a whopping 11 billion dollars which consists of US aid, foreign aid and Pakistan money.

You are right. This single aircraft have 29 Hardpoints. This aircraft would be a beast as a strike fighter against their rafale. If we would be able to make that kind of platform with latest tech

Idk why are guys being ridiculous. Nothing is coming. F-22 are old and outdated. Pompeo is on his way to join projects AZM. Pempeo wants to learn Pakistani Jugar for his 6th Gen fighter. Rumors has it, US will provide funding, Pakistan will provide jugar.
